Effective for new orders placed from publication on October 28, 2026. Earlier orders retain the terms and promises made when they were placed.

1. Our store and your order
These terms apply to purchases from Advent Garage. Our Shipping, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies form part of the information for your purchase. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting term.
Before placing an order, review the selected calendar collections, quantities, delivery address, extras and final price. You may correct these in your cart and checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed, unless checkout explicitly offers another payment schedule. Your order is accepted when we send an order acceptance confirmation. If we cannot accept or fulfil it, we notify you and refund amounts collected for the unfulfilled order. A payment receipt alone is not a promise of immediate dispatch.
2. What you are buying
Each calendar contains 8 miniature vehicles and 16 assorted car-themed accessories: 24 items in total behind 24 numbered doors. Accessories are a surprise assortment and may include keychains, socks or small flat acrylic car designs. These are examples, not a promise that every type is included. The calendar does not contain 24 miniature vehicles.
Unless expressly listed for the selected product, particular vehicle models, colours, accessory designs and the day on which an item appears are not guaranteed. The promised quantity and division of 8 vehicles and 16 accessories will not be reduced or substituted without your agreement. An additional bundle gift is separate from the 24 items inside each calendar.
Our calendars are pre-orders. Product-specific information shown before checkout forms part of the order. Illustrative artwork is not evidence that a particular car, material or accessory is included. A label saying “illustrative” does not remove our responsibility for an accurate description or permit a materially different product.
Follow the age and safety instructions supplied with the actual product. Small parts must be kept away from young children. Brand names describe the collection theme; Advent Garage is an independent seller and does not claim manufacturer endorsement or affiliation.
3. Prices, bundles and optional extras
The checkout states the currency, products, applicable taxes, delivery charge and final payable amount. Free standard shipping applies to the calendars where displayed; a paid delivery option applies only if selected. Optional extras must be actively selected, and must be removable before payment. Buying Shipping Protection or a warranty is not required to receive your legal rights.
A bundle contains the number of calendars and gifts stated for the selected offer. Every calendar still contains 8 miniature vehicles and 16 accessories. Mixing collections does not change that count. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. Any combination restrictions must be displayed before ordering. We will not retrospectively increase the price of an accepted order.
4. Pre-orders and delivery
The general delivery estimate is 2–5 calendar weeks from order confirmation, including processing and transit. This is not a claim that the goods are ready for immediate dispatch. A specific guaranteed delivery date, where applicable, takes precedence over this general estimate. See the Shipping Policy for the December 1 guarantee, its eligible destinations, cutoff and remedy.
If a delay becomes apparent, we notify you and provide a revised date or explain that it is not yet known. We obtain any consent required by law and provide the applicable cancellation/refund option. We do not treat a general acceptance of these terms as agreement to an indefinite delay.
5. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains cancellation before dispatch, statutory withdrawal, faulty or incomplete goods and reimbursement. Please contact us with enough information to identify your order. We may reasonably verify a claim, but do not require an unboxing video, original packaging or our prior approval as a condition for exercising statutory rights.
6. Payments and disputes
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy notices. Contact us if a payment or order is incorrect. You retain any right to raise a dispute with your payment provider or an authority; contacting us first is helpful but does not waive those rights. We may provide accurate order, communication and delivery records when responding to a dispute.
7. Applicable law and complaints
Czech law governs these terms. This does not remove mandatory protections applicable in the consumer’s country of habitual residence, including protections for consumers in Germany. Nothing requires a consumer to litigate exclusively in Czechia where mandatory jurisdiction rules provide otherwise. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or injury where applicable.
If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint directly, eligible consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate — ADR Department, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic. Information and application instructions: ČOI alternative dispute resolution. Participation in ADR does not remove access to a court.
8. Version and records
The terms and product promises in effect when your order was placed apply to that order. Later website changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights or change the product purchased. Keep your confirmation email and a copy of the policies. We provide the required order and contractual information in a durable form.
