Include your order number or another way to identify the purchase, the item concerned and the outcome requested. For a defect, a description and useful photos usually help us assess the problem. If photos cannot show it, tell us; an unboxing video is not mandatory. We may request reasonable additional information or inspect the goods.

Cancel before dispatch

You may cancel an unshipped order by emailing us. We refund the cancelled order without a cancellation fee. If the parcel has already been dispatched, the return and statutory withdrawal rules below apply. Do not wait for our reply to send a time-sensitive withdrawal notice.

Change-of-mind returns

Except for rights required by applicable law or a more favourable promise made when you purchased, we do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind return period after dispatch. This does not affect claims for damage, defects, missing items, non-delivery or goods that differ from the agreed description.

EU/EEA and UK statutory withdrawal

Where the statutory distance-selling right applies, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. For one order delivered in separate parts, the period normally runs from receipt of the last item. You may also withdraw before delivery. Send a clear statement by email or post before the deadline; the optional form below is not compulsory.

Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal to Cyril Slepov, Advent Garage, Dusíkova 906/35, Lesná, 638 00 Brno, Czech Republic. Contacting us first helps us route the parcel, but prior approval is not a condition of statutory withdrawal. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind withdrawal if we informed you of this before purchase. We recommend keeping proof of sending.

Return the calendar and its contents complete and suitably protected. Original packaging is helpful, but its absence does not automatically invalidate withdrawal. You may inspect the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond this, including using accessories or unnecessarily damaging the collector box, may result in a deduction limited to the actual reduction in value, where legally permitted. We do not charge a fixed restocking, administration or cancellation fee.

We reimburse the applicable purchase amount and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first, unless we offered to collect them. Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without extra cost. A premium delivery upgrade above the standard delivery cost is not refundable solely because of statutory change-of-mind withdrawal.

A standard pre-order, sale price, surprise assortment or choice between our listed calendar collections does not by itself remove the withdrawal right. We do not treat every opened calendar as exempt.

Faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly described goods

Please report problems as soon as reasonably possible so that we can resolve them. The displayed 30-day guarantee is an additional initial support period, not a deadline that ends your statutory defect rights. If you purchased under a broader promise, that promise remains applicable.

For consumers entitled to EU legal conformity protection, goods are covered for at least two years from delivery, subject to the applicable rules. Repair or replacement must be free of charge where required. A price reduction or termination/refund is available in the circumstances required by law, for example where an appropriate remedy is unavailable, fails or is not provided in a reasonable time without significant inconvenience. Necessary costs of a justified defect claim are borne by us. We do not require paid protection or an extra warranty to provide these remedies.

We acknowledge a complaint with a record of the date, its nature and requested remedy, and communicate the result. Where the Czech 30-day complaint deadline applies, the complaint, including the remedy and notification of the outcome, is completed within 30 days unless a longer period is expressly agreed. Mandatory rights in the consumer’s country remain unaffected.

Bundles and free gifts

For withdrawal from a whole bundle, return its calendars and accompanying gifts together. For an agreed partial return, we explain the applicable price allocation and any effect on gift eligibility before processing it. We will not invent a gift charge, apply an undisclosed penalty or deduct more than legally permitted. Statutory remedies for one faulty item are not conditional on surrendering unrelated rights or unrelated purchased goods.

Optional protection and warranty

Any additional protection or commercial warranty applies according to the specific coverage supplied before purchase and in your order documentation. It is additional to statutory protection. We honour the promises made when it was sold and do not impose new exclusions retrospectively. Contact us with the order number for a claim or cancellation request. This policy does not create an exclusion for a claim that the original offer covered.

Unresolved complaints

Eligible consumers can use ČOI alternative dispute resolution. Nothing in this policy removes a right to a court, regulator or payment-provider dispute process.
